  Knoxville Hospital Clinic has gotten better the last few years so overall I would give them a more positive review. I do not buy into the "Pella is better" business because I've been to both. That said, I would not recommend coming here on a Saturday. There is only one provider and she tells you up front that for liability reasons she does not prescribe pain meds. Period. Her personal policy. I had not asked for any narcotics for the pain I'm having. I don't take that stuff during the day because I have to be alert to watch kids. I was just a little shocked that there is not more of a universal hospital policy that would make it more of a case by case basis rather than just denying everyone because of the actions of others. She has already decided what she will not do for you before you even arrive. She also will not give me a report of today's visit to take with me to see my specialist Monday. Says she's too busy. They type all through the appointment. My regular provider simply prints that off for me. I am very impressed with my regular provider but I am not impressed today at all. They told me she works every Saturday and is the only provider on Saturday.

  Both times feeling like death Knoxville hospital staff and doctors have treated me well and very helpful. Moving from big city to Knoxville I am very thankful on help.
